Turnkey Delivery and Integration of Special Systems for HIA Project During Construction of HIA
Scope of Work included the turnkey delivery of:
- Airport Wide Radio Dispatch System (RDS) for HIA personnel
- Ministry of Interior (MOI) RDS for MOI personnel
- Voice Comms. System for Qatar Airways personnel
- Crisis & Incident Management System (CIMS)
Crisis & Incident Management System (CIMS)
CIMS is a Strategic Platform deployed in the Terminal Operations Center of HIA.
Supports:
- HIA Daily Operations (based on the HIA CONOPS)
- HIA Response in case of Emergency Incident
Interfaces with:
AODB, Exchange, MAX, LDAP
Installed in:
- 4 Operations Centers for Daily Operations
- 12 Operations Centers for Crisis Operations
Integrated Communication Systems (RDS, VCS)
- Duplicated, hot-standby high availability central switches
- Each system communicates seamlessly and interfaces via a single GUI to:
- Radio Interfaces: VHF, TETRA, SATCOM
- Telephone Interfaces: E1, VoIP, Intercom
